1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the luck55vip platform – including its website, mobile interface and all associated games, betting markets and services – you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and luck55vip. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of luck55vip after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use luck55vip you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person – corporate entities, trusts and other legal structures may not register as players.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a luck55vip employee.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

luck55vip reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age, identity and payment method ownership. This may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification acceptable in Pakistan. Until verification is complete, luck55vip may temporarily restrict withdrawal functionality. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on luck55vip. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your account if any registered details change. luck55vip is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you, including failed payments to an incorrect Easypaisa or JazzCash number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You must not share your account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. • Accounts must be registered with a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• The name on your luck55vip account must match the name on your payment method.
• Accounts registered with false details will be closed and any outstanding balance forfeited.
• luck55vip reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luck55vip are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck55vip does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals for verified accounts. Third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers (e.g. bank transfer charges) are the player's responsibility.

Accepted payment methods currently available on luck55vip include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 5,00,000 (subject to account tier and verification status).
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed in under 5 minutes for verified accounts with balances under Rs 50,000.
• IBFT bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the luck55vip account.

luck55vip performs routine verification checks on withdrawal requests. Requests may be held for manual review if they exceed certain thresholds, if account verification is incomplete or if the security system flags unusual activity. During such review, luck55vip may request supporting documentation. We aim to resolve all withdrawal reviews within 24 hours.

5Bonuses & Promotions

luck55vip offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the point of opt-in. The following general bonus rules apply to all luck55vip promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free bet credit, not as withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on real-money bets only – bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward clearing bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• Each bonus has a stated expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited at expiry.
• luck55vip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

luck55vip does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus once a player has opted in and begun wagering. If you have a dispute about the terms of a specific promotion, contact support immediately – do not continue wagering until the dispute is resolved, as continued play may be treated as acceptance of the terms as displayed.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on luck55vip are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to check the details of each bet – including selection, stake amount and odds – before confirming. luck55vip is not liable for betting errors made by the player.

Specific rules governing individual betting markets (cricket, PSL, esports) and casino games (live casino, Andar Bahar, fishing games) are available within each respective section of the luck55vip platform. Where these specific rules differ from these general Terms, the specific rules take precedence within their applicable section.

• Minimum bet for sports markets: Rs 50 per selection.
• Minimum bet for live casino tables: Rs 50 per hand/spin (some tables Rs 100).
• luck55vip reserves the right to limit maximum stakes for any market or player at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect result or odds to be displayed, luck55vip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded are void and the stake is returned.
• In-play betting is offered on selected markets. Delays in live streams mean that in-play bets may be settled on information your screen has not yet displayed. This is standard industry practice.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck55vip and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of all funds pending investigation:

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Using false, stolen or borrowed identity documents for verification.
• Using payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Colluding with other players in any casino or poker game.
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs or loopholes in the luck55vip platform or its games.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals without placing genuine bets.
• Match-fixing, match manipulation or betting on any market in which you have inside information about the outcome.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing luck55vip staff or other players.
• Charging back a payment after placing bets with those funds.

luck55vip fully cooperates with Pakistani law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will provide any information required by a lawful request. Players under investigation for criminal conduct should be aware that their account data may be shared with relevant authorities.

8Account Suspension & Closure

luck55vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be paid to the registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.

Where an account is closed by luck55vip due to a breach of these Terms, any balance that was acquired through the activity that constituted the breach may be withheld. luck55vip will provide written notification of the reason for closure within 7 business days of the action being taken.

9Privacy & Data

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the luck55vip platform's materials without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of luck55vip's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck55vip's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luck55vip is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside luck55vip's reasonable control, including network outages, scheduled maintenance or third-party system failures.
• Any losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• Incorrect information provided by the player during registration or verification.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand bonus terms before opting in.

Nothing in these Terms limits luck55vip's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Amendments to Terms

luck55vip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luck55vip will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor non-material changes may be made immediately without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page, along with the date of the last update. Continued use of luck55vip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must close your account before the effective date.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck55vip holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between luck55vip and a player that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the competent authority of luck55vip's licensing jurisdiction.

luck55vip operates an internal complaints procedure. In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to support@luck55vip.net with full details of the issue. luck55vip will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days.
